Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.

Strong knowledge of application development lifecycle and software engineering principles.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components using modern development frameworks.

Ability to work effectively within agile teams and contribute to iterative development processes.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of software applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
