Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Experience with integration of complex systems and data exchange protocols.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data interchange and system interoperability.

Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data processing tasks.

Competence in analyzing system requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
