Collaboration and problem-solving are integral throughout the day, ensuring that software solutions align with project goals and client requirements while maintaining quality and efficiency.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.


Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Experience in designing and implementing user interface components using modern web standards.

Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.

Ability to integrate Salesforce Lightning components with backend services and APIs.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and optimizing Lightning Web Components for performance and scalability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
