Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and configurations.

Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within projects.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.


Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience with email marketing automation and campaign management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and personalization techniques.

Familiarity with data integration and segmentation strategies in marketing platforms.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing cloud solutions for performance and scalability.

Knowledge of scripting languages and APIs relevant to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
