Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Evaluate credit proposals for Retail, SME, and Corporate loan products.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, banking behavior, and repayment capacity.
- Conduct credit risk assessment and identify key business, industry, and financial risks.
- Review collateral/security and ensure compliance with credit policies.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signals.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or MBA (Finance).
- 2-8 years of experience in Credit Risk, Credit Underwriting, or Credit Appraisal within Banking/NBFC.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, lending products, and RBI regulations.
- Good analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
