Job Description
Were looking for a visionary Creative Head Video to lead the video content division. If you live and breathe storytelling through visuals, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about pushing creative boundaries with technology and AI, this role is for you.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering cutting-edge video content that resonates with audiences across digital platforms. Youll lead a talented team of editors and animators, while also mentoring and upskilling them on the latest tools and trends.
Job Responsibility:
1. Lead brainstorming sessions and ideate compelling video content across formats (brand videos, social media reels, YouTube content, explainers, campaigns, etc.).
2. Oversee the post-production process including video editing and animation
3. Conduct regular training sessions on new tools, editing techniques, and trends.
4. Explore and implement AI tools for video enhancement, editing automation, voiceover generation, and content creation.
5. Work closely with account managers to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in video editing, creative direction, or content production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Knowledge of AI-based creative tools.
- Strong understanding of animation and motion graphics principles.
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
- A keen interest in experimenting with emerging formats, trends, and technologies.
