- Have more than 8+ years of experience of managing design/creative team where the team comprises of Sr. Designers, Graphic Designers, Video editing team, 3D animators, etc. ( core design/ creative team).
- Who understand how the productivity can measure of the team and effective turn around of the project cycle from design to its rework to its acceptance.
- Matured yet Friendly persona who can be absorbed by team
- Extremely good in understanding brief and it s conceptualization( if this is there; a person can guide).
