Job Description
Title: Coupa Architect
Purpose: Own the architecture, delivery and continuous improvement of the global COUPA platform and its integration with SAP, acting as the technical and functional authority for Source-to-Pay.
Experience: 7-13 years
Location: Pan India (Remote)
Key responsibilities
- Support the global transition from legacy ERP systems (Navision and Oracle) to SAP, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
- Design and deliver new COUPA implementations configuration, integration and deployment (currently the Argentina roll-out).
- Provide ongoing technical and functional guidance to the offshore support team, ensuring service quality and timely issue resolution (the India-based team)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, optimize and standardize processes.
- Drive process improvements and best practices within COUPA and related systems to enhance efficiency.
- Support management during external and internal audits including privileged-access segregation and admin access controls in COUPA production.
- Maintain the COUPASAP interfaces, including the annual FX rates interface that runs each January.
Profile sought
- Proven COUPA architecture experience across configuration, integration and multi-country deployment.
- Strong SAP (S/4HANA) integration knowledge and understanding of Procure-to-Pay / Source-to-Pay processes.
- Experience steering an offshore managed-services team and holding it to SLA.
