Role Overview
We are looking for a Copado Release Engineer with 3 5 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize Salesforce release pipelines using Copado. The role involves CI/CD implementation, release coordination, troubleshooting, and client-facing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado
  • Handle end-to-end release planning, deployment, and rollback strategies
  • Configure Copado for branching strategies, version control, and metadata deployments
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and resolve release blockers
  • Optimize pipelines using delta deployments and automation best practices
  • Prepare release reports and support audit/compliance needs
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Provide operational support and guidance on Copado best practices

Required Skills Experience
  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Copado
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, Git, and CI/CD concepts
  • Experience managing Salesforce releases across multiple environments
  • Knowledge of Apex testing and deployment validations
  • Exposure to Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
