Consultant Instructional Designer

We are looking for a skilled Consultant Instructional Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team at Miracle Foundation India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and development, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including course content, assessments, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Develop and implement instructional strategies to meet diverse learners' needs.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and other visual aids to support learning objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional designs and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design and development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience with instructional design tools and software, such as Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.
