Consultant- Instructional Designer

An expert to develop high-quality content outlines and storyboards for online training, applying

instructional design theories to create WBT, CBT, ILT, and Blended Learning programs. Must adhere

to standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct reviews, manage timelines, and

ensure top-quality content with excellent communication and time management skills. Proficiency in

MS Office is required.

Job Description-

?Develop high-quality Detailed Content Outline (DCO) and storyboards for developing online trainingsolutions based on the pre-defined/set Instructional Design Standards

?Have sound knowledge of Instructional Design Theories and apply this knowledge to design varioustraining solutions. This includes ability to research, analyse, design, develop, and customize instructional

materials for developing Web Based Training (WBT/CBT), Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Blended

Learning programs.

?Ensure adherence to set standards, processes, and timelines-

?Excellent in articulating and communicating ideas/concepts with the larger cross-functional teams-

?Efficiently coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop a successfullearning solution

?Review, discuss and write feedback on the developed online course for the larger cross-functional teams-

?Conduct storyboard reviews-

?Working with project managers to ensure timely project deliverables-

?Excellent written and spoken English communication skills-

?Ensure content created is of the highest quality-

?Perform thorough self-reviews-

?Strong time management skills-

?Sound knowledge of MS. Office
