Roles and Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Execution: Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to architectural blueprints and structural drawings.
• Labor Management: Allocate tasks to sub-contractors, masons, and laborers, monitoring daily output and productivity.
• Quality Control: Check concrete mixes, reinforcement layouts, shuttering stability, and finishing works to maintain high engineering standards. [
• Material Management: Track incoming raw materials, verify inventory levels, and minimize wastage of cement, steel, and sand on-site.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring all site workers wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, measurement sheets, and progress reports for submission to project managers.
• Setting Out: Perform precise layout marking, center-line marking, and leveling using total stations or auto-levels.

Candidate Profile Requirements

• Experience (B.Tech): 0 to 5 years of solid site experience.

• Mobility: must be flexible for easy daily commuting to Hyderabad project sites.
