Roles and Responsibilities
>Co-ordinating with contractor, vendors and site workers.
>On-site measurements for preparing BOQ.
>Taking charge of civil works and delivering them as per requirement.
>Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specification.
>Responsible for managing and ensuring coordination within support services to deliver on quality standards.
>Maintain labor attendance and work done register accurately.
>Responsible for the service-quality standards and adherence to budgetary requirements.
> regular checks of the material quantity,quality and management of these materials with frequency of the material order as per requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
>Must have either B.tech/diploma in Civil Engineering with 3
years+ experience.
>Should Handle individually complete Billing & estimation.
>Knowledge of Auto-CAD and MS Office is a must.
>Should have experience in Coordination with Consultants, Architects, Contractors, Owners etc.
>Supervise and update the status of civil works going on site.
>Should be proficient in Site Management.
>Must have knowledge of the finishing of high end residential projects.
>Through knowledge of the specification of the project. Understanding of the conceptual design and final layout.
>Fair communication skills and good job knowledge.
