Computer Vision Engineer

Must-Have Skills

• 3 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in computer vision or applied AI/ML.
• Strong experience in Python, OpenCV, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with object detection, segmentation, classification, OCR, or visual anomaly detection.
• Experience with model evaluation metrics such as precision, recall, mAP, IoU, F1-score, and confusion matrix.
• Understanding of data annotation, dataset quality, bias, augmentation, and model validation.
• Ability to work with real-world noisy image and video data.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in automotive, manufacturing inspection, ADAS, robotics, CAE/CAD, or embedded vision.
• Edge AI deployment experience using ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO, NVIDIA Jetson, or similar.
• Knowledge of synthetic data, 3D vision, LiDAR, depth cameras, point clouds, or multimodal AI.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
