Compensation And Benefits Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Administer employee compensation structures, salary revisions, promotions, and annual increment processes.
• Support compensation benchmarking using market salary surveys and internal pay analysis.
• Prepare salary fitments, compensation proposals, and cost impact analysis.
• Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, gratuity, leave encashment, and other welfare schemes.
• Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing and timely payouts.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, and Labour Laws.
• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics related to compensation, payroll, headcount, and benefits.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy for compensation and employee records.
• Support annual budgeting, manpower cost planning, and compensation forecasting.
• Assist in policy formulation and implementation related to compensation and employee benefits.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, taxation, and reimbursements.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee compensation data.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits

Preferred candidate profile

• 57 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards.
• Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
