Compensation And Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst / Associate Manager to support compensation and reward programs across the organization. The role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to drive compensation review cycles, salary planning, bonus administration, reporting, analytics, and reward system administration.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, experience with HRIS platforms, and the ability to manage multiple compensation processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual compensation review and salary planning cycles.
• Administer promotion, market adjustment, and off-cycle compensation processes.
• Coordinate annual bonus and incentive payout programs.
• Conduct compensation analysis, workforce analytics, and reporting.
• Prepare dashboards, leadership reports, and management information.
• Support compensation benchmarking and market pricing activities.
• Maintain compensation-related data within HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Support governance, compliance, audit requirements, and process improvements.
• Participate in system enhancement projects and UAT activities.
