MBDA is a European multinational developer and manufacturer of missiles and missile systems. Formed in 2001, it is a world leader in the defense sector, providing integrated solutions for land, sea, and air forces. The company is jointly owned by Airbus (37.5%), BAE Systems (37.5%), and Leonardo (25%).

MBDA is the only integrated European group capable of designing and producing missiles and missile systems for the needs of the three armed forces (land, sea, and air).
