The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) is the umbrella organization for Canada's provincial and territorial securities regulators. It is responsible for coordinating and harmonizing regulation of the Canadian capital markets, with a mandate to protect investors and foster fair and efficient capital markets.

While the CSA is a collective body of provincial and territorial regulators across Canada, its administrative secretariat is located in Montréal, Quebec.
The CSA is a forum representing 13 provincial and territorial securities regulators across Canada. Its operations are supported by a secretariat, consisting of a relatively small number of staff who facilitate policy development, research, and public affairs for the collective body.

About Us
