Orbital ATK

Orbital ATK was a global aerospace and defense technology company formed in 2015 through the merger of Orbital Sciences Corporation and the Aerospace and Defense Groups of Alliant Techsystems (ATK). It was a major supplier of aerospace and defense products, including launch vehicles, spacecraft, missile defense systems, precision weapons, and ammunition. In 2018, Orbital ATK was acquired by Northrop Grumman and subsequently integrated into Northrop Grumman's Space Systems and Defense Systems sectors, with much of its former operations forming the basis of Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems.
