- For Commi:Prepare food as per hotel SOP & standards
- Assist in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain hygiene & food safety standardsMise en place preparation
- Support senior chefs during service For Kitchen Helper / Dishwasher / Moriwala:
- Cleaning utensils, kitchen area & equipment
- Assisting chefs with basic prep workProper waste disposal & hygiene maintenance
- Supporting smooth kitchen operations
