CNC Programmer Stone Industry

• Operate and program 3-Axis, 4-Axis, and 5-Axis CNC machines for stone processing and fabrication
  
  
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for marble, granite, quartz, and other natural stone products
  
  
• Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and production specifications
  
  
• Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters to ensure accurate machining
  
  
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards throughout production
  
  
• Troubleshoot machining issues and perform basic machine maintenance
  
  
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely project completion
  
  

• Hands-on experience with 3-Axis, 4-Axis, and 5-Axis CNC machines
  
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArtCAM, PowerMILL, EasySTONE, and CNC programming software
  
  
• Strong understanding of stone fabrication processes, tooling, and machine operations
  
  
• Ability to read engineering drawings and generate CNC toolpaths
  
  
• Knowledge of machine setup, calibration, and quality control procedures
  
  

• Experience in the Stone, Marble, Granite, Quartz, or Architectural Stone Industry
  
  
• Knowledge of CNC bridge saws, engraving machines, and stone processing equipment
