Cloud Support Engineer

We are hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to manage cloud environments and support deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for cloud infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Troubleshoot issues across compute, storage, networking, and security components.
• Assist in cloud deployment, itoring, and configuration.
• Manage incident resolution and maintain SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address system improvements.
• Implement security best practices and backup strategies.
• Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.

Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud architecture.
• Understanding of Linux/Windows servers.
• Networking fundamentals (VPC, VPN, Subnets, DNS).
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash).
• itoring tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, or Grafana.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor s in Computer Science, IT, Cloud Computing, or related field.
• Cloud certifications preferred: AWS Solutions Architect / SysOps, Azure Administrator / Engineer, Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
• Additional networking certifications (CCNA) are beneficial.
