Google Serverless(Technical Support Representative)

Job Description:

• Deliver high standards of performance, stability, backward compatibility, and developer experience across the Serverless Framework and backend APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes rather than just addressing symptoms.
• Experience with services common to serverless architectures, such as API gateway
• Experience in managing, securing, and optimizing an organization's data within cloud-based storage platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, Azure
• Should have managed IAM (Identity and Access Management) roles and permissions for your application's service accounts and users to ensure secure and controlled access to other GCP services and resources.  
• Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems
• Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels
• Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to users and stakeholders
• Ensuring consistent and secure configurations across the cloud environment
• Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)
• English language (verbal and written) Proficiency is must
