Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Data Specialist to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical data management and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and analyze clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement data management plans, including data capture, validation, and reporting procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical writing.
- Conduct data quality checks and resolve issues promptly to ensure high-quality data.
- Develop and maintain databases and systems for managing clinical trial data.
- Provide training and support to staff on data management best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical data management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations and guidelines.
- Experience with clinical trial data management systems and software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
