Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Data Specialist to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical data management and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and analyze clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement data management plans, including data capture, validation, and reporting procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical writing.
- Conduct quality control checks on clinical data to identify and resolve issues or discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain databases and systems for managing clinical data, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide training and support to staff members on clinical data management best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical data management, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for data management and analysis.
