(ITM) CyberSecurity Specialist - Cisco Umbrella: -
Provide Level 2/3 support for Cisco Umbrella operations.
2. Monitor Umbrella dashboard for security events, policy violations, and system health as on when needed.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DNS-layer security, secure web gateway (SWG), cloud-delivered firewall, and roaming client deployments.
4. Perform routine configuration changes (policy updates, allow/block lists, identity/group management) following change management processes.
5. Respond to security alerts, investigate logs, and support incident response activities.
6. Coordinate with network and security teams to ensure seamless integration with on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
7. Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes as per the maintenance schedule.
8. Document changes, incidents, and solutions in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow).
9. Support user onboarding/offboarding, including roaming client deployment and troubleshooting.
10. Assist in periodic policy reviews, rule optimization, and compliance audits.
11. Provide knowledge transfer and training to junior team members as needed.
