Cisco ISE Engineer

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-6 years of experience in the insurance or technology field to join our team as a Duck Creek BA. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of P &C, GL, and broker management processes, along with excellent verbal and influence skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Understand general business requirements and implement corresponding technical solutions.
• Work with data and complex systems, utilizing full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine and communicate impacts of system functionality and technical approach on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Manage ambiguity and create accurate project estimates, quantifying project-specific risks through the project lifecycle.
• Present information influencing manner to leadership and all business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating proven planning and organization skills.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in the insurance or technology field.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with a focus on analysis and resolution of complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Analyst methodologies such as Use Cases, Business Rule Development, User Interface Specs, and Functional Specs.
• Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile principles.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, robust communication skills (written and verbal), and be team-oriented.
• Must be detail-conscious, technically motivated, creative, and user-oriented.
• Ability to determine and communicate impacts of system functionality and technical approach on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and create accurate project estimates.
• Accurately quantify project-specific risks through the project lifecycle.
• Comfortable with change, able to easily make transitions.
• Adaptable to new/different strategies, programs, technologies, practices, cultures, etc.
• Stakeholder management, creating own work schedules, prioritizing workload, preparing in advance, and setting realistic timescales.

Shift: 12 PM IST to 9 PM IST, working 3 days a week / 10 days in a month from Client Office. Weekend off.
