- A Chinese Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine, which involves using specialized techniques and equipment, preparing sauces, seasoning dishes, and ensuring food is cooked to perfection
- The Chef must also manage kitchen staff, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and keep inventory of food and supplies
- Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine, including dim sum, stir-fry, and noodle dishes, using specialized techniques and equipment
- Develop new dishes and modify existing ones to meet customer needs and preferences
- Plan and order ingredients and supplies necessary for daily kitchen operations
