The trust aims to provide quality education to those in need. In 2000, Cheran College of Technology was founded in Kangeyam, affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. Under the leadership of Mr. K.C. Palanisamy and the late Mrs. Soundari Palanisamy, the college has developed a rich academic culture. Cheran Group is a diversified conglomerate with interests in Education, Construction, Real Estate, Finance, Technology, and Plantations. Headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, the group operates globally and comprises 29 companies, trusts, and societies.
