Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Caretaker to join our team at Isha Foundation. The ideal candidate will have excellent soft and communication skills, with the ability to cater to the needs of children. This role requires working hours that are not limited to 9 to 5, as childcare demands can be unpredictable.
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide high-quality care to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Maintain accurate records of child development, including progress notes and observations.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure comprehensive support for children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in childcare.
