Job Description
- Teach Math, Science, Social studies, and English to Upper Elementary children.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and understanding.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other teachers on school-wide curriculum initiatives.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in education and incorporate new ideas into teaching practices.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to teach any subject as per the IHS pedagogy.
- Strong knowledge of Math, Science, Social studies, and English subjects.
- Ability to work effectively with students aged 10-12.
- Experience in teaching Upper Elementary children is preferred.
- Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods and principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
