Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and refinement of business process models to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).

Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.

Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business needs into technical specifications.

Excellent communication skills to articulate business requirements and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
