Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product aligns with the expectations of the users and the organization. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects by delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.

Experience with EPC, CPQ logic, and OM flows- Familiarity with user interface design principles.

Exposure to ESM

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Experience in integrating Salesforce with other platforms and services.

Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues efficiently.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

Qualification 15 years full time education
