Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with strategic goals.

Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Document and communicate process changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.

Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).

Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes effectively.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation.

Experience in conducting user and task analysis to capture detailed business needs.

Familiarity with process modeling and documentation tools.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
