Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic Business Finance / FP&A professional to support financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights and improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast)
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards
- Monitor revenue, cost, margins, and utilization
- Support pricing, deal evaluation, and profitability analysis
- Partner with business teams for financial performance tracking
- Identify cost optimization opportunities
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in FP&A / Business Finance
- Good understanding of P&L, revenue, and cost analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
- Experience in MIS reporting & variance analysis
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
