Requirements:3 6 years of experience in the hotel industry (mandatory) Candidates must have hotel industry experience only. Strong exposure to Corporate Sales, MICE, Travel Trade, Key Accounts, Banquet Sales, and Room Revenue. Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and generate hotel revenue. Strong network with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and travel management companies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new corporate and travel trade accounts.
- Generate room nights, banquet, and MICE business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Coordinate with hotel operations and revenue teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
