CTC: 3 - 5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors.
• Drive Life Insurance sales through the agency channel.
• Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
• Support advisors through regular coaching and field assistance.
• Build and maintain strong advisor and customer relationships.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience in Life Insurance/BFSI sales.
• Strong communication, sales, and team-building skills.
• Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
