Job Description

  • As a Business Architect at Opticos, you will help our clients transform their IT-enabled business operations. You will contribute to improving service delivery and ensuring that technology is effectively aligned with overarching business goals.
  • You address complex data and business challenges by devising innovative and practical solutions.
  • You collaborate with diverse, multi-cultural teams, demonstrating empathy in your approach to work.
  • You adopt a holistic perspective in solution design by thoroughly understanding both intricate details and the broader vision.
  • You maintain a strong focus on quality and take end-to-end ownership of your deliverables.
  • You manage stakeholders efficiently by building strong relationships with clients and internal teams and have experience from facilitating workshops and training programs.
  • you'display motivation and self-drive, taking full ownership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • You communicate clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal forms, having excellent presentations skills.
  • You adhere to timelines and thrive in a rapidly growing, start-up-like environment.
  • You are willing to travel to client locations as required and adapt to working across various time zones.
Candidate Requirements
  • 5 8 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Service Oriented Architecture, IT process design, and ITSM processes.
  • Experience collaborating with Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Application Portfolio Managers.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and the technological components that support them in large enterprise settings.
  • Background in sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, or Energy & Utilities, with a preference for experience on European projects.
  • Proficiency in developing business models, synthesizing reports, documenting processes, and storyboarding.
  • Prior experience working with or for a leading global consulting firm.
  • A graduation in Science or Technology (or a related field) and a post-graduation in Management (MBA/PGP) from a top-tier business school.
  • Certifications in enterprise architecture and IT methodologies, such as COBIT or TOGAF, are considered an advantage.
