The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformational efforts by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Proficiency in SAP EWM.

Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.

Ability to develop and communicate clear business cases and transformation roadmaps.

Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.

Capability to guide teams through complex change initiatives and ensure successful adoption.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
