Job Title: Lead Business Analyst
Experience: 7-12 years
Education Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech or MCA only
Location: Mumbai
Work Model: Complete work from office including 1st/3rd/5th Saturday

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 712 years of Business Analysis experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services with Lending (Loans)/LMS/LOS experience.
- Strong domain expertise in:
- Stressed/NPA asset lifecycle
- Collections strategies & legal proceedings (SARFAESI, DRT, OTS, restructuring)
- Credit risk and regulatory guidelines
- Hands-on experience with enterprise workflow tools, case management platforms, or risk systems.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to work with SQL, data validation, reconciliation, and MIS structuring.
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
- Experience leading a team of BAs planning, work allocation and tracking.
- Knowledge of data model design
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital collections technologies, EWS frameworks, and AI/ML-driven risk models.
- Exposure to integration-heavy projects across core banking systems, LMS, and legal platforms.
- Experience leading multi-location or enterprise-scale program deliveries
