Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive functional design and delivery support for web-based applications within an Agile environment.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong focus on functional design of web applications
- At least 4+ years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across the project lifecycle
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Define detailed user stories and acceptance criteria (AC)
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Provide continuous support to development, QA, and project management teams
- Drive collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
- Ensure functional alignment of backend processing and system workflows
