Senior Consultant/Tech Business Analyst
A Senior Consultant focuses on translating business requirements into a CXone solution.
Typical responsibilities:
- Meet with business stakeholders and understand requirements.
- Design call routing strategies.
- Configure IVR and digital channels.
- Recommend CXone modules (WFM, QM, Analytics, AI, etc.).
- Lead implementations and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Mentor junior consultants.
