- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst across multiple sectors (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail, etc.).
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Excel, MS Visio).
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
