BI Analyst

Role: BI Analyst
Working Hours & Days: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Office Location: Kaloor, Ernakulam
Experience: 1 8 Years
Salary: As per company standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Gather, interpret, and analyze data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
• Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
• Excel & Google Sheets: Use advanced functions for data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Stakeholder Communication: Partner with teams to understand data needs and provide clear, concise reporting.
• Multitasking & Time Management: Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, ensuring timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent command of English (especially written communication).
• Strong report writing and data presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including functions, formulas, and basic visualization.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data analysis or reporting roles.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
