Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for BFSI (Banking Financial Services & Insurance) roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Provide guidance on interview preparation techniques to help candidates present themselves effectively during interviews.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or banking recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI industry trends, products, and services.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
