Job Title: Bench Sales Marketer
Experience: 1 3 Years / 3 5 Years
Location: Noida

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Bench Sales Marketers with experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience marketing bench consultants, working with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients across the US market.
Key Responsibilities - Market bench consultants for C2C opportunities in the US market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Coordinate with recruiters and account managers for requirements matching
- Negotiate rates and close submissions/interviews efficiently
- Ensure regular follow-up with vendors for interview and placement status
- Maintain daily activity reports and submission trackers
- Strong experience in US Bench Sales/Marketing
- Good understanding of visa types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Experience working with portals like Dice, Monster, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Existing vendor network will be an added advantage
