Bancassurance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute bancassurance strategies to drive business growth through partnerships with banks.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in agency channel, direct channel sales, and insurance broking.
• Identify new opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products to bank customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in banca sales, bancassurance sales, or related field.
• Strong understanding of agency channel, agency sales, direct channel sales, direct marketing, and insurance sales principles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an insurance company or similar industry.
