Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling life insurance policies to bancassurance customers.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through cross-selling of banking products and services.
  
• Provide training and support to junior team members on banca sales techniques.
