Bancassurance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in bancassurance business.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase insurance penetration through bank channels.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

• Excellent communication
• 1-5 years of experience in bancassurance or related field (insurance industry).
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and their applications.
