Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time onsite role for a Bakery Commis 1 / 2 / 3 at our Bengaluru location. The role involves assisting in daily baking activities, including the preparation of various baked goods such as viennoisserie, bread, cookies, pastries, and other bakery products. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace, following recipes accurately, and ensuring food safety standards are upheld. The Bakery Commis will work closely with the baking team to deliver high-quality products consistently.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience in viennoisseire, breads, sourdough
• Available for immediate joining
• 6 months to 4 years experience in a commercial bakery production setup
• Experience in preparing a variety of baked items such as cookies, cakes, cheesecakes
• Skills in food preparation and understanding of food safety regulations
• Attention to detail, precision, and creativity in baking
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant bakery training or certification
